How we work

On hearing from you, we’ll come and meet you, discuss what you want or need and take a look at your home or business. Then we’ll recommend the best options for you and discuss any specific requirements. Of course, it is just a recommendation and how many hours and what you want is up to you.

You’ll be allocated a trained and vetted cleaner who will be your regular. You can expect to always have the same cleaner unless they are away due to sickness or holiday. In which case, you’ll have one of our regular cover cleaners who are also vetted, trained and experienced.

Once your cleaner has started, you’ll be contacted by us to make sure everything is working well. And you can always get hold of us at the office.
